We are excited to announce the opening of our new cartage warehouse facility in the Dallas, TX area. As with our other locations, our dedicated staff is standing by to provide you with quick, efficient service. Our full fleet includes sprinter vans, bobtails and tractor trailers. So, whether you are in need of local pick up and delivery, hot shots, full truck loads across the continental US, or simply cross docks, we believe we are fully equipped to provide you the expedited service you expect and deserve.

Hot off the press! Lykes Cartage recently started operations in Jacksonville, Florida. On Monday, October 10, 2005, we opened a facility in Jacksonville picking up and delivering cargo for BAX Global. We are extremely excited about this opportunity. Our goal is to continue developing market area relationships in the hopes of providing our cartage services to various forwarders in the Jacksonville area. With our 15k square foot facility and our latest inventory management software, we are nicely positioned to provide storage and inventory solutions, as well. Again, we are pleased to have this oppurtinity and look forward to our success in Jacksonville.

Here's some great news! Lykes Cartage was recently recognized as BAX Global's overall vendor of the year. That's pretty remarkable considering this recognition acknowledges us out of 1200 vendors used by BAX in 2004. Also, Lykes recieved an individual station award for consistently obtaining high performance and productivity levels in Dallas-Ft. Worth. Wow, two awards in one night! Here's an excerpt from one of BAX Global's acknowledgement letters:
